Doukissa – Kormos

500gr Bisquits marie
450gr Unsalted Butter
135gr Sugar
Vanilla
4 Egg yolks
3 eggs
100ml water
225gr drinking chocolate

Put in a pan the water, butter, sugar and vanilla and heat it until the butter is almost melted. It’s better to avoid overheating it because if you do so, you might cook the eggs later on.
Meanwhile, in a bowl separate your eggs. On another bowl measure the drinking chocolate.
When your liquid mixture is ready, add your chocolate and stir until well mixed and then add your slightly beaten eggs. At this point you can add any flavour you want like orange extract or coffee liqueur.
Add the cracked into 5-6 pieces biscuits in the mixture. Your dessert is ready. Put it in the freezer using cling film on your form-bowl etc.
