Pasta with Tomato sauce

Ready pasta

1 tomato tin

2ts dry basil

Pinch sugar

Salt and pepper

A regular onion

Oil, for better results use olive oil

We always cook our pasta in plenty boiling salted water. The boiling water creates bubbles that in return they produce motion. This will help to keep pasta from sticking to itself.

Meanwhile, on a saucepan, sauté the onion and add your tomato and some water. Then add all other ingredients.

Remember we serve al-dente (firm to the bite)

Pasta with wholegrain mustard

Pasta

2ts wholegrain mustard

Fresh cream

Salt and pepper

A regular onion

Olive oil

On a saucepan, sauté the onion, add your mustard and cook for few seconds before you add your fresh cream and your flavourings. It should take 3-4 minutes before its ready. You can add chicken stock or soy sauce for even better flavour.

In both pasta recipes which are simple, you can add your touch with any ingredients you think.
